S.D. Beverages Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing national beverage company established on October 18, 2007. Located in Dera Bassi, Punjab, the bottling plant began production in March 2009. With an annual production capacity of approximately 1.7 million cases, the company's peak output was achieved in December 2019 for Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd, producing 1,42,424 cases.

The plant boasts a well-equipped infrastructure for producing high-quality products. It occupies approximately 11,500 square yards of land in Rampur Sainian Barwala Road, Derabassi. The plant has two borewells with a depth of 500 feet each, along with an underground water storage tank of approximately 1,00,000 liters. Raw water is treated with sand and activated carbon filters before being transferred using a 5 HP pump.

The plant is powered by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) with an approved load of 234.75 KVA. In addition, a 250 KVA Cummins Diesel Generator provides backup power, ensuring uninterrupted production on four lines.

For water purification, the plant utilizes an ion exchange 40 KL DM plant with a storage capacity of 20,000 liters. A 12 KL/hour industry-specific recycle plant, model number 1610, is also in place for water conservation.

The production facility houses four semi-automatic production lines, each measuring 105 feet in length. The lines consist of a 55-foot single/twin track chain conveyor and a 50-foot belt conveyor with a 25-foot side conveyor.

The washing section features a rotary washing machine with a capacity of 120 bottles per minute, 96 holders, and a front-type empty bottle inspection light point.

The bottling hall includes a 30-head filling machine capable of filling 180 ml, 375 ml, and 750 ml bottles at a rate of 120, 90, and 60 bottles per minute per line, respectively. An IR compressor with a capacity of 100 PSI supports the filling process. Other equipment in the bottling hall includes auto Guala cap sealing machines, auto double-side sticker labeling machines with air knife hut-type inspection light points and 200-liter stainless steel rejection tanks, and nine inkjet printers for black and yellow ink.

The plant's BWH capacity is 3,71,250 liters, equivalent to 55,000 cases. Stainless steel tanks with agitators are used for blending, with capacities ranging from 20 KL to 5 KL. The plant also has three ENA storage tanks with a capacity of 50 KL each, two 16 KL CAB storage tanks, two 5 KL CAB storage tanks, four 2000-liter holding tanks with filters, and four Tolento weighing machines.

For packing materials, the plant has a storage hall measuring 90 x 45 feet and another measuring 200 x 75 feet. Additionally, there's a storage hall for bottles measuring 75 x 44 feet.

Future expansion plans include increasing the capacity of ENA storage tanks, blending tanks, and DM water storage tanks. The company also aims to utilize additional land to expand the space for DG and FG (finished goods).
